Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of this Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of The Snack and Thrive Method provided by Katie Holland Coaching t/a Snack & Thrive ("The Coach") to the individual purchasing coaching (“The Client”).
The aim is to ensure clear expectations, professional standards, and a supportive working relationship and by completing your purchase through Stripe, you (“The Client”) confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.​​

2. Coaching Services

Coaching is delivered through The Snack & Thrive Method, an initial 8-week coaching programme designed to support fat loss through sustainable nutrition, training, and lifestyle habits.

The programme includes personalised guidance on nutrition, training, general exercise, and lifestyle behaviours to support your goals.
​

Coaching may include regular check-ins, progress reviews, educational resources, and ongoing support via email and/or messaging.
​

All advice is based on the information you provide; open and honest communication is essential for the best results.
​

The Coach does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on your personal effort, consistency, and circumstances.

3. Communication & Response Times
​

The Coach aims to respond to all client messages within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday–Friday), and often much sooner, to ensure you feel supported.

Messages sent after 7pm on a Friday will be responded to by 7pm on Monday at the latest (within 72 hours).

Replies outside of working hours, weekends, or bank holidays are not guaranteed, but the Coach will respond as soon as possible once available.

Any planned holidays or leave will be communicated in advance, along with any changes to response times during those periods.

While the Coach provides ongoing support, you are responsible for implementing the advice provided and making use of the resources available.

4. Payments and Fees​

Coaching is provided as The Snack & Thrive Method, which begins with an initial 8-week commitment.
​

Payment is collected through an ongoing monthly Stripe subscription, which begins at the time of purchase. The exact monthly fee will be the price selected at checkout.
​

By purchasing coaching, you agree to complete the initial 8-week programme. During this time, payments will continue according to your subscription schedule and cannot be cancelled.
​

After the initial 8-week period, coaching will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
​

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is up-to-date. If your card expires, is declined, or payment fails for any reason, coaching will be paused immediately until payment is successfully processed.
​

The Coach is not responsible for chasing payments. You will be notified via Stripe if a payment fails and must update your details promptly.
​

If a failed payment is not rectified within 7 days, the Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching agreement and revoke access to coaching materials.
​

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
​
5. Cancellation and Notice
​​

Coaching requires an initial 8-week commitment. Cancellation is not permitted during this initial period. After the 8-week programme has been completed, you may cancel your coaching subscription by providing at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
​

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period and no further payments will be taken.
​

Refunds are not provided for payments already made, as your coaching space and access to materials are reserved for that period.
​

If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the next scheduled payment may still be processed. In this case, coaching will continue until the end of that newly paid billing period before concluding.
​
6. Check-in Calls

Your first month includes a 45-minute Kickstart Call to establish your starting point, goals, and personalised plan.
​

Each month thereafter includes one 30-minute coaching call, alongside weekly support based on your check-in form.
​

Weekly feedback will usually be provided through written notes or voice recordings to ensure you receive consistent guidance and accountability.
​

All calls must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed calls without notice will not roll over.
​
7. Client Responsibilities and Coach Commitment

The Coach is committed to supporting you, providing guidance, accountability, and tailored advice to help you achieve your goals.

The Coach will always act in your best interests and will adjust the approach where possible to suit your needs, challenges, and progress.

You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and results. Coaching works best when you are honest, engaged and open to feedback.

You should seek medical approval before starting any new fitness or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing conditions.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, or counselling.
-
You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions and actions as a result of coaching.

We both agree to keep communication open and respectful to make sure you get the most out of the coaching process.

8. Ending Coaching

The Coach reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if it becomes clear that the programme is no longer a good fit or if respectful communication cannot be maintained. Where possible, this will be discussed openly first so that a positive resolution can be found. Refunds will be at the Coach's discretion.

9. Intellectual Property
​

All materials, programmes, and resources provided remain the property of the Coach.

You are granted a personal licence to use these materials for your own progress only. They must not be copied, shared, or distributed.
10. Liability
​

You acknowledge that physical exercise and nutrition changes involve some risk.
-
The Coach is not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or damages arising from your participation in coaching, unless caused by negligence.

You accept full responsibility for your own health and safety. If there are any changes to your health or medical condition, you agree to inform the Coach immediately, or as soon as practically possible.​

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with the coaching service you receive, please email: support@snackandthrive.com.

The Coach will respond within 7 days, reviewing your concerns and working with you to achieve a resolution.
​
12. Governing Law
​

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
13. Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection

All information shared with the Coach is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

I take your privacy seriously. Your personal data will be collected and stored securely in line with my Privacy Policy (view it here). By continuing with coaching, you agree to this use of your data.
14. Client Declaration
​
By purchasing a coaching package/service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Coaching Agreement, including the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that this agreement forms a binding contract between you (“The Client”) and Katie Holland Coaching t/a Snack & Thrive (“The Coach”).
