Hi, I’m Katie — coach, bread lover, and founder of Snack & Thrive.

Snack & Thrive is about fat loss without restriction or guilt.  It's about enjoying food, celebrating small wins, and building habits that fit real life because thriving isn’t about perfection, it’s about momentum.
