1-1 Coaching

Diets can work when they're done the right way.  You’ve already done slimming clubs, calorie counting, maybe even both at once and they probably even worked for a while… until stress, tiredness or busy weeks threw you off track and you ended up back at square one.

That’s where coaching makes the difference.

Who is it for?

My coaching is for the woman who has been dieting her whole life, who is tired of restricting and starting again, frustrated with herself for always failing, who isn’t confident with exercise but wants to be.  The woman who wants to feel confident, fitter, healthier, but is sick of all the confusing information and doesn’t know who or what to trust anymore. 

 

The woman who doesn't want to be shouted at or told she’s always doing it wrong, she wants someone who gets what real life is like, how hard fat loss is, who doesn't judge her when she has a less than perfect day or week.

 

It’s for the woman who feels uncomfortable with certain movements or even the idea of being at the gym, who feels overlooked by the fitness world, like she doesn't belong, but who wants to prove to herself that she can do this, that she is capable of losing fat and keeping it off.

Saying no to social occasions, not making an effort with your appearance, hiding from anyone with a camera and not having any memories to look back on because you don't want evidence you ever looked that way.

I get it, and you know what? It's ok if you're still going through that.

The important point is, you don't have to stay stuck there.  There's a way out of that - a version of you that puts on your favourite outfits and feels amazing, and who takes photos with your partner or your friend at that famous landmark as evidence that you lived.  The version of you who gets to celebrate your birthday without worrying about calories or feeling guilty for enjoying your life.

How does it work?

Accountability calls

Stay on track with monthly 1-1 calls and the option of 2 'boost' calls for those times you need extra support

Personalised *realistic* targets

Get calorie, nutrition and step targets that are actually realistic for your life and that are personalised to you and your situation!

Whatsapp support

1-1 advice as and when you need it, just reach out to me on Whatsapp. I'll also check in randomly for that extra accountability ;)

Weekly check-ins

Check-ins & coaching feedback every week so we can review your progress & make changes where we need to. These are also your chance to swap for a boost call if you need more guidance. 

FAQs

How much is coaching?

Coaching is £250 per month.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Not anymore, no.  Full transparency here - I used to ask for 3 months but I remember how scary it is to commit when you've tried so many things before.  I would rather you make the decision to stay because you love it and find it useful, not because of any added pressure from me! 

 

You’re free to cancel anytime. I just ask that you tell me at least 7 days before your next billing date. When you cancel, your coaching will continue until the end of your current paid month, and automatically end the day before your next payment is due.  Refunds are not issued for payments already made.  

Will I get a meal plan?

Not in the traditional sense. I won’t give you a strict plan telling you what to eat — the point is to create a diet you actually enjoy and can stick to. Instead, I’ll give you inspiration, ideas, and support so you can build your own.

How does it work?

After you apply, I’ll check we’re a good fit and then you can either opt for a quick call or get started straight away. You’ll complete a questionnaire, receive your welcome pack with personalised targets, and have the option of an intro call (or wait for your first monthly call). From there, you’ll check in weekly and have support from me on WhatsApp whenever you need it.

I'm a beginner, do I need a gym membership?

No, you don't need a gym membership or exercise experience to work with me.  All that matters is that you’re open to moving your body because exercise is a big part of feeling healthier, stronger, and more confident. We’ll start at a pace that feels good for you, whether that’s walking, home workouts, or gradually building up to weight training when you're ready.

Do I have to submit progress photos?

No, you don't have to but the option is there.  I always encourage my clients to take photos for their own records because the scales don't always show true progress, but there's absolutely no pressure to show them to me, unless you want my input.
