Flexi-Targets

Personalised and realistic calorie and activity targets tailored to your body, routine and goals so you can lose weight without strict rules, while still enjoying meals out, holidays and fun stuff. Snacks always included.

Kickstart Week

 

A week to master the basics and use your motivation to start making progress straight away without feeling overwhelmed.  A flexi meal plan is included to teach you how to get started building your diet.

Weekly Check-Ins

A simple, structured check-in each week where we review how things have gone (without judgement) and agree clear next steps so you always know what to focus on instead of feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

Personalised Workouts

An easy-to-follow customised exercise plan for home or gym that fits around your week so you can get fitter, feel stronger and tone up without spending hours exercising.  It doesn't matter if you've never exercised before, we'll go at your pace.

WhatsApp Support

Ongoing support between check-ins so when real life happens, you don’t panic or quit. You know exactly what to do and how to get back on track.  You'll never be left not knowing what to do.

Monthly Accountability Calls

The Process

Apply 

When sign up opens, you will get the chance to apply for a space so we can make sure we're a good fit to work together.  We will then book in a 15 min call to go through any Qs and we start on 13th April! 

 

As this is the first time I'm running The Snack & Thrive Method in this format, there are only 5 founder spaces at an exclusive price of £199 per month (it will go up to £249 for the next round so now is the time to get inside!). 

 

I will be limiting spaces each round so I can give you my full attention and provide the service I want you to have.
